It’s worth clicking through to read the response from American Airlines. As someone who has struggled with this particular website, I appreciated the candor from American in response.
When I search Kayak and discover that I’ll be flying AA due to costs or times, I’ll still come back and do all my searching for potential times and whatnot on Kayak, rather than dealing with the AA site. Worst site on Planet Earth
