Glass grapes always make me so incredibly nostaglic. My grandparents owned a little townhome or condo in Door County when I was growing up, and the bedroom I always slept in had a pull out sofa (black, leather/pleater, terribly uncomfortable), an extremely high bed with a quilt, and purpley-gold glass grapes hanging from a patinaed chain. I keep wanting to own or buy some so badly for my own home. They are fabulous in a tacky way. These are especially wonderful with the real wood though—so neat!
