Sometimes I just have to write about what creepers men can be….
Tonight I went for a run (ha!), and decided to do a few stretches outside before jetting off. Did some standard little calf stretches, etc. and then I did a split leg forward bend. Realizing it’s a more “exposed” stretch and considering I was wearing shorts, I looked around to be sure no one was coming down...

The foccacia is, indeed, delicious. The pork shoulder is my avec dish, and I almost never eat pork. The burrata variations they have are also spectacular.
I love avec! So many good memories with wonderful people and delicious foods.
