NEWLY REHABBED LARGE PILSEN HOUSE →
Someone emailed me about this place. It’s a little wackadoo, too far west, and I can’t stand that dark wood, but this is why Pilsen is amazing. 3400 square feet for $1300. Crazy.

it’s spring, and the honey crisp apples went from mealy to gone.
fuji: some are mealy, some are crisp, none as sweet as honey crisp, of course, but still a good substitute.
braeburn: super crisp, but kind of tart, not sweet enough for me.
